All our cakes - squidgy carrot, rich coffee and walnut, fresh cream and strawberry, killer chocolate brownies, to name just a few - are home made with organic eggs and butter.
The seafood for our lunch dishes - crab sandwiches, lobster rolls, buckets of prawns - is fished locally.
Our coffee is FairTrade and our milk is organic. Plus, of course, lashings of Kentish ginger beer, or bring in your own wine.
