Cuisine is traditional with a contemporary interpretation, including classic sole Veronique and honey glazed loin of venison with baked pears and port sauce. In the summer months, lunch is served al fresco on the balcony, while afternoon tea arrives to the strains of the piano. Terrace Restaurant supports local farmers and fisheries, and the signature dish is a succulent beef fillet with Norwegian king crab and fondant potato. |
