Gazette - Balham
Modelling itself on a traditional French village café, Gazette Balham brings together Gallic charm, true hospitality and beautifully decorated interior with French relic and artefacts, slate tables and even a vertical garden.
Al fresco dining with Thames-views is perfect for the summer months, and inviting leather sofas and daily newspapers are there for when the weather gets colder. Private dining rooms are also available.
The food is entirely based on provincial cooking and the menu, which in fact is a newspaper, naturally changes daily, and of course follows the seasons. It includes many French classic favourites such as moules marinères, foie gras, snails and wonderful seafood from Brittany fisheries. |
