The Driftwood café is unlike any other on Fore Street. We place great value on quality, presentation and difference. Our food and produce are fresh and locally sourced wherever possible, and prepared and cooked in our kitchen by Ema, our chef.
With a cool new look, the Driftwood Cafe is now really true to its name. The New England colour scheme and wooden tables and chairs create a relaxed ambience for chilling out over coffee and home made cake, daily lunch special or afternoon tea.
We serve proper milk shakes made with ice cream and a banana base; smoothies with live yogurt and fresh fruit; and a wicked knickerbocker glory.
We also have a drinks licence, so (if you’re 18 or over!) you can have a glass of wine, an organic cider or a bottle of Bay’s Devonshire beer with your meal.
While you are enjoying your food and drink, you can check your e-mails on your laptop with our free wi-fi access.
