At the centre of Leeds’ shopping and business districts, Cosmopolitan is a relaxing restaurant and bar situated within one of the oldest hotels in Leeds.

Only a two-minute walk from Leeds railway station, Cosmopolitan Restaurant and Bar is ideal for a pre or post theatre meal and drink. The Grand Theatre, Civic Theatre and West Yorkshire Playhouse are all just five minutes away. With its large windows looking out onto the street, the Cosmopolitan is a comfortable spot for watching the world go by.

Popular with locals and visitors to Leeds alike, the re-opened Cosmopolitan offers a varied selection of dishes. A choice of fine Yorkshire steaks, pasta dishes and traditional British pies and roasts are some of the specialities available. Afternoon tea is also served at the Cosmopolitan, featuring assorted finger sandwiches, homemade jam and clotted cream scones and your choice of tea.

Accompanying the main menu, the wine list offers over 40 wines, with many available by the glass. Irresistible cocktails are also available (naturally, the Cosmopolitan is the house speciality cocktail) in addition to Illy coffee.
